Ready to bring hands-on pottery lessons to schools in your area
This commission-based position is ideal for someone who wants flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a real impact through creative teaching.
🚗 What You’ll Need
Your own reliable vehicle (you’ll be traveling to local schools and community centres)
A valid driver’s license
Willingness to undergo Garda Vetting (Bonus points if you already have the certificate)
A heart for kids and creative learning
🎯 Please note: This is a commission-based role. You get paid for every child you teach that pays!
🧒 Your Responsibilities
Travel to local schools and community centres and facilitate fun, educational pottery lessons
Work with children aged 3–13
Create a safe, inclusive, and inspiring classroom environment
Adapt lessons to fit different age groups
Collaborate with the Beaux-Arts team for scheduling, materials, and support
🎓 No pottery experience needed – full training provided!
👩💼 Our Responsibilities
Source and purchase all necessary stock and marketing materials (including clay, paints, paintbrushes, flyers, and posters)
Cover the rental costs for community centre venues — this does not affect your commission
Handle all communication and coordination with schools and community centres
Manage invoicing directly with parents — you never have to chase payments
Take care of all legal and compliance matters so you can focus on teaching
